I have small red patches all over my stomach and chest?

Should I see a doctor or just apply a cream? It's been a few days, but I feel like it's getting worse and worse. I don't see a trigger though. I haven't done anything yet.

Hello Mrs. , it is impossible to determine the situation without first seeing the lesions, would it be possible to upload some well-lit images? How long have you had these plaques? Was there a triggering event? Did you try anything to get them? Thanks for the feedback! I can't diagnose it as it's a doctor's procedure, however if you have no other symptoms or mild symptoms such as itching, I would suggest applying a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno as often as needed during the day.
