Should I stop using my medication?

If I understand correctly, the 25mg dose was not causing you these side effects?

If this is indeed the case, I would tend to wait another 2-3 days before attempting to stop the medication. That's because the effects you're experiencing are usually transient, so they eventually stop on their own.

Be aware that this same phenomenon can occur with another antidepressant, should you want to stop Zoloft™ and replace it with another. This is why I often recommend trying to continue the medication for 5-7 days before "throwing in the towel."
