Chronic back and hip pain?

Hello, I have been suffering from chronic back and hip pain for 4 years and have been prescribed Naproxcene combined with Pregabalin -(150mg)/2cap/2xdrs every 12hrs. But then.... My doctor has no more solutions for my pain, if you have a medication superior to the one mentioned please tell me!
