Operated on the rotator cuff of the right shoulder 10 years ago, the left side starts to hurt a lot.

Have you started other treatments such as physiotherapy, or have you seen your doctor for this pain?

I suggest that you see your doctor, or visit a walk-in clinic for an evaluation of your condition.
