Is there a vaccine against prostate cancer?

I have heard that such a vaccine exists. I am 66 years old and was wondering if it would be useful to have such a vaccine. No prostate problems at this time. Where do I get the vaccine, if at all? How effective is it? Thank you for your answer and your site.

Hello,
At the moment, there is no vaccine against prostate cancer, but it is certainly a subject of research
For the moment, the only way to prevent prostate cancer is early detection, with its advantages and disadvantages. The College of Physicians has produced a pamphlet on this subject
We look forward to hearing from you,
