How do I get rid of white spots caused by eczema?

I have had eczema attacks in the last two years and have been on cortisone for a few months. I now have white patches all over my body Hello, i am sending you the treatment used by image. It was prescribed to me by a dermatologist.

Hello madam, would it be possible to know what treatment you applied and would it be possible to upload some well-lit images? Thanks for the feedback. If it is the corticosteroid treatment that has caused this whitish appearance, I can only suggest applying a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others at least 3 times a day. The cream should be applied often and diligently as the skin requires several weeks to months to mature. Avoid scented soaps, and after the bath or shower, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the moisturizing cream within 5 minutes of getting out of the bath. Always protect the skin from the sun, either with long sleeves or the application of a sunscreen with SPF of at least 30. If non-pharmacological measures are insufficient, you should consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
