How can I make these headaches go away permanently

Recurring headaches in the evening, more precisely behind the ears and the nape of the neck sometimes. Despite a good hydration.

Hello Sir,
Would it be possible to know if you have noticed the appearance of headaches that correspond to a particular activity, movement or position during the day?
Are you currently taking any other medications?

I have been taking Zolofts for 1 year now. I work from home so computer 10 hours a day but even on weekends I have pain in the back of my ears and in the back of my head and neck

Thank you for the information.
Given that this happens mostly in the evening, I believe that the most likely causes should be addressed first, i.e. a position or movement repeated during the day. I strongly suggest that you consult either a physician or a physiotherapist: they are the professionals best placed to evaluate this type of problem. Most group insurances cover physiotherapy consultations.
If a position or movement is identified as a probable cause, it can be addressed in this way.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
