Hello Ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is safe in all trimesters and can help relieve pain. Also, lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If you have other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, nasal hygiene with saline solution can be very helpful, and can be done as often as needed during the day.
I hope this has been helpful to you, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

I don't have a fever, but I have aches and pains that make me uncomfortable when I'm lying down, sitting or standing. What can I do to reduce this symptom other than taking Tylenol?

Lots of hydration and rest, unfortunately you will have to rely on time and rest to help you.
