Hello,
I gave birth 4 months ago and I know that it is normal to lose your hair postpartum, but I am now with several holes in my head so that I am losing my hair.
Ps. I am breastfeeding so I don't know what products I can take safely.

Hello ma'am, are these spaces without any hair or with thinner areas?

Thank you for the information. As you mention, the end of pregnancy can cause the loss of hair that has grown more abundantly during pregnancy. This may indeed seem quite remarkable.
That being said, the products that are advertised for "hair (and nails)" are only vitamin supplements, but they are unlikely to be effective unless you have a deficiency, which only a blood test can detect.
So I don't recommend this kind of supplement because if you really have a deficiency, you should try to find a cause with your doctor. I recommend that you consult your doctor if your hair loss is more than the level it was before pregnancy.
In the meantime, the Nioxin shampoos have been shown to be possibly effective (albeit modest) in firming hair in some people.
