I am pregnant and I think I have sinusitis, what can I take for the pain?

I had a really bad cold that turned into sinusitis. It's been going on for 13 days. It is now attacking my teeth, my head, my eyes. I am pregnant. The pain is excruciating.

Good morning, ma'am,
Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) remains the first-line treatment for pain.
In order to help reduce the feeling of pressure, nasal hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse can be very useful and can be done as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime
If you have been suffering from symptoms for more than 7 days without improvement, however, I strongly suggest that you consult a physician to evaluate your condition and, if necessary, not delay the proper treatment.
In the meantime, I will remain available if you have any further questions
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
