Good morning, ma'am,
At first glance, I suggest acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) to relieve pain. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other brands) if you have no contraindications to taking it, your pharmacist will be able to confirm this, can also help with the pain
A personal moisturizer or lubricant such as KY or Replens can help with irritation as well.
I suggest avoiding the use of soap or douching. Plain water should be sufficient for hygiene. Encourage cotton underwear and clothing and wearing clothes that are not tight
If the pain is secondary to intercourse, you should notice a gradual improvement every day. If not, if the pain increases, or if other symptoms occur, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
