The basis of the treatment will be nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, the sensation of pressure can be reduced.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) remains the best treatment for sinus pain.

I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.

If symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
