How to withdraw from sertraline capsules?

I want to wean off 25 mg of sertraline in stages. I am told that it does not exist in liquid. Can I dilute the capsule powder in water and take it with a syringe or is it better to take it with compote?

Good morning, Mrs, If you have not already done so, I strongly recommend that you go to a pharmacy. If you wish, your pharmacist can order smaller doses of capsules from a compounding pharmacy. A schedule with 1 capsule every 2 days and then every 3 days can also be suggested according to your preferences. I do not suggest opening the capsule and taking smaller amounts of the powder as this is not reliable or accurate enough.
