The most important thing is to rotate the injection sites, insert the needle at 90 degrees, and avoid injecting the product that is too cold as this increases the risk of pain.

Applying ice to the injection site (the next day) can also help reduce pain and inflammation

If these measures or a revision of the method of administration are not sufficient to relieve your pain, or if it could compromise the adherence to the treatment, I strongly suggest to mention it to your pharmacist so that he/she can suggest alternatives to your doctor.
