Hello, I am currently trying to get pregnant. I am 32 years old and have had ankylosing spondylitis for 5 years. My arthritis is well controlled with Humira, and my rheumatologist has given me the green light to try to conceive. Hello, ma'am, In general, anti-inflammatory drugs such as diclofenac should be avoided if you are trying to conceive or if you are pregnant.
