Can I take diclectin while breastfeeding? If not, is there any other alternative to remove pregnancy heartaches?

I am pregnant, but still breastfeeding. My last pregnancy brought me a lot of heartache (from 5 weeks to 20 weeks). I had to take diclectin. If the heartaches come back during this pregnancy, what can I do if I want to continue breastfeeding ideally?

Good evening ma'am,
It is recommended that you do not breastfeed while taking Diclectin™. This is because babies tend to be more irritable or sleepy when breastfeeding while taking this medication.
The alternative is to take pyridoxine only. Talk to your pharmacist about this. :)
