Hello. Since Thursday my 11 month old baby has had a stomach bug. He has vomiting and diarrhea.
He does not have a fever and is not sleepy.
His general condition is ok. He drinks his milk and I offer him water and pedialytre several times a day and he eats a little at each meal.

I applied a good layer of the diaper rash cream at each diaper change.

Thanks for the feedback. Just make sure that the zinc concentration of the product is at least 40%.
As for the diarrhea, unfortunately there is nothing to give a child or an adult for that matter, it is the body's way of eliminating toxins or the virus, if any.
If your child is still eating, even if less than usual, there is no need to give them rehydration solution.

No concrete data has yet been able to demonstrate the benefits of probiotics. You could try them without expecting miracles, but I do not suggest them given the lack of data and their price.
