I have diarrhea and very uncomfortable heartaches, what can I do and what could be the cause?

Hello, for a little more than a week, I have diarrhea accompanied by strong pains in my lower abdomen at times and the cravings are pressing especially after meals, which can be cumbersome in public places. I have also had nausea since the beginning of November, especially in the morning and at noon, which can take away my hunger at these times of the day for fear of vomiting, even though I have not vomited since the beginning of my nausea. I wonder if it could be my not new concerta, or maybe stress but I don't necessarily feel stressed during these discomforts. It is very uncomfortable and I tell myself that it will pass but it becomes disturbing...

Hello Mrs,
Do you experience nausea and diarrhea every day or at particular times?
Have you been able to identify possible causes?
19-year-old woman · a year ago
The nausea has been almost every day since November, especially in the morning and afternoon. I have been taking concerta for a few years so I wonder if the medication could have affected my digestive system even if it is not a new prescription. As for the diarrhea, it has been every day for almost 2 weeks after each meal. I don't think I changed anything in my diet or lifestyle before the symptoms appeared.

Thank you for the information, I am sorry for the delay in my response, I had not seen the notification!
Given the persistence of your symptoms for several months, I believe that a consultation is necessary. I invite you to discuss this with your doctor and/or a psychologist. This is your best starting point. Here is the website of the Order of Psychologists to start your research:
Most group insurances cover this type of service.
