Doing 9.3 gestational diabetes pregnant with twins. I am 27 weeks and 4 days. Is this a lot of diabetes?

Background I did the 75g at the clsc its been 14hrs I was fasting it was the diabetes test and 2hrs after the test I had a blood test and it came out that I had gestational diabetes 9.3 so blood test I would say!

Hello Ma'am, It depends. When was this test taken? 2 hours after a meal? In the morning when you got up? And 9.3, is that the blood glucose value (strip test), or your glycated hemoglobin (blood draw)? Thanks for those details. No, it's not that high (but it is indeed high enough for a gestational diabetes diagnosis). To not be diagnosed, you had to be under 9.0 mmol/L (you were almost there).
