Nodes can become swollen following an episode of fatigue, stress, illness (or vaccination) in particular. This does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it remains temporary.

I suggest avoiding touching and massaging the area as much as possible because it can irritate it.

If the situation persists for more than 2 weeks without improvement after the end of the antibiotics, I suggest to discuss the subject with a doctor as a precaution.
