My spouse tested positive for COVID on Dec. 25, Saturday, I protect myself as best I can, I take methotrexate injection 20mg for systemic lupus erythematosus

We cannot recommend that you stop your medication at this time. What you can do is follow basic hygiene measures to prevent contamination as much as possible.
