Should I go back for a fever without symptoms given my history or can I wait to see if symptoms develop?

On December 28, I went to the emergency room because I had a fever and difficulty breathing. Verdict: Pneumonia. I had a dose of intravenous antibiotic that day and went home with an antibiotic for five days with cortisone in addition to the pumps I was already doing. On January 3rd, it doesn't get better, I go to the clinic. Change of antibiotic for 7 days and 7 days of cortisone. At the end of all that, I was really better. Through all this, on January 4th, I felt strong symptoms of urinary infection. However, I drank a huge amount of water and the next day, everything was fine. So I didn't go to the doctor for that. On January 11, two days after the end of my antibiotic, I had a fever (38.3), without any other symptoms. On January 15, I had a fever again (38.4), still without any other symptom. I still have one this morning (38.2). P. S. All my temperatures were taken by mouth.

Good morning, Mrs,
Are you experiencing any other symptoms at this time, such as a runny or stuffy nose, coughing or other symptoms?
Have your symptoms treated with antibiotics improved?
Are you taking any other medications at this time?

My nose is slightly congested, but nothing more.
I am currently taking Symbicort; two puffs, twice a day as well as Teva-mometasone, two sprays a day.
The shortness of breath is still a bit present and the wheezing seems to be completely gone.

Thanks for the information!
Shortness of breath can take several weeks after an infectious episode to recover. Given your symptoms, I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, or if you have a fever for 72 hours, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
