Should I go back to the doctor after 4 days of fever without improvement?

I already consulted in the night of Sunday to Monday at 36h of fever and I was told that it is viral... should I reconsult since there is no improvement after 96h of temperature, it is still very high (39,4) in the morning. Thanks
