I have swollen and painful nodes in my neck and jaw for two weeks?

Hello, I have had swollen and painful glands in my neck and jaw for two weeks. I had several things at the same time two weeks ago, cold sore when it is not usual, swelling in the gum for which I saw a dentist. It has all gone away since then. I also had a urinary and vaginal infection for the first time for which I also consulted and got medication but was told that it was not related at that time without checking my lymph nodes too much. It doesn't seem to be going away or getting better but I don't have any symptoms other than pain and swelling and it's not necessarily getting worse.

Hi, ma'am, This can occur during and after an infection and may take a few weeks to resolve. You should avoid touching or massaging the area.
