My period is heavier than usual?

Hello, I fell into my week last night before bed. So as usual I took a towel that I folded in 4 to put under me, I had a super+ tampon and a sanitary napkin. I also had my underwear, a pair of shorts and pajama pants. Despite all these layers, I managed to stain my bed. This morning, I put back a super+ tampon and a night sanitary towel, but after 1h30/2h I'm still spilling. Moreover, the cramps are very present and very unbearable. Usually I have a heavy flow, but I manage to do 3-4h with a super+ tampon and a pad underneath. The cramps are usually painful, but bearable.
