What do I do if I've lost consciousness?

Hi, I feel like I'm close to passing out a few times since I passed out not too long ago. Should I be worried? What are the tricks to keep me from fainting? Is it dangerous for my health?

Hello Miss.
Many conditions can cause fainting. Among the most common are extreme fatigue, dehydration, hypoglycemia (dangerously low blood sugar), and pregnancy, not to mention injuries and blows to the head.
If there is no clear cause for your fainting, I strongly advise you to see your doctor quickly, as fainting is a symptom of many common health conditions.
Don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
