Small brown spots on my lower back?

Hello, I just noticed small pinkish brown spots on my lower back. Like an allergic reaction, but the spots are more brown than red. It doesn't itch. Should I be concerned about these spots that have magically appeared without any explanation. I only have a cold right now.

Would it be possible to upload a picture (if not, I recommend that you consult a pharmacist in person to show them a picture)? This being said, in most cases if there are no symptoms we adopt the wait and see approach: Avoid touching or scratching and apply soap on it and avoid rubbing with the towel after the bath, only apply a moisturizer without perfume once or twice a day.
