My 2 year old daughter tells me that her tummy has been hurting for a few weeks?

My daughter, 2 years old, tells me that her tummy hurts and that she hasn't eaten much or hardly at all for a few weeks (she used to have a very good appetite). Yesterday, she gave me beige stools and from time to time tells me that she has a "tummy ache". Could I give her supplements, like ensure or vitamins to help with the times when she doesn't eat as well?!
