My two month old baby has red spots on his face?

I would like to reassure you that babies are much more likely to develop pimples due to their more sensitive skin. This does not necessarily indicate a problem and usually goes away on its own.

Just pat your face with a damp cloth without soap and pat dry. A fragrance-free moisturizing lotion like Base Glaxal can be applied 1-2 times a day as needed.
