My 2.5 year old boy has small pimples on his stomach and upper thigh?

Hello, My 2 and a half year old boy has had small pimples on his stomach and upper thigh for about a week. They are located on one side only, pink and slightly raised. He has no fever or other associated symptoms. Good general condition. He has no allergies, no change in his diet or new products at home. He is not known to have eczema and the pimples are not causing him any discomfort (no pain or itching). We have tried moisturizing and spacing out the baths, without success. What should I do? Should I be concerned? How can I treat them?

Hello, thank you for your question, but it is impossible to give an opinion without first seeing the lesions you are referring to, which is impossible here. I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or by bringing a photo.
The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on their observations, or recommend a medical consultation if they deem it necessary.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time.
