Should I be concerned that she is sleeping less than 12 hours a day total over 24 hours?

My baby doesn't sleep. I have a 3 month old daughter, for the last 2-3 weeks I feel like I'm fighting with her to get her to sleep during the day. She takes naps of max 45 minutes and when she is awake she fights sleep. Her diaper is clean, I offer her the breast. She used to fall asleep at the breast or in the rocking chair but now she refuses. There is only walking around the house in the baby carrier. When she wakes up, if she is still in my arms, she is in a bad mood. I am at the end of my rope

Hello ma'am, have you noticed a change in his diet, diarrhea, fever or other?

She does not have a fever, no. As far as food is concerned, it depends on the day. There are days when she wants to drink more and others when it is a little less. But the sleep remains the same. Before, she used to take nice naps of 1 to 2 hours and now I have trouble getting her to sleep for more than 45 minutes. Not to mention that it takes us at least 30 minutes to get her to sleep either by walking around the house or by breastfeeding. She has started to poop less and some of it is more liquid (absorbed by the diaper) but not in large quantities when liquid.

Thank you for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
A baby of this age can sleep up to 18 hours a day but this can vary greatly from person to person.
As long as your baby is drinking, gaining weight, wetting and soiling his diaper and generally in good condition, there is no need to worry about his health. I feel for you, getting a baby to sleep is one of the biggest challenges for parents, especially at each stage of development when the baby has to basically relearn how to let himself fall asleep.
