Hello, thank you for your question!
Are you able to identify the cause of the pain? Is it due to an injury, repeated movements, or something else? Have you consulted a physiotherapist?

it happened suddenly. No hit, new job where I have to lift heavy boxes. Maybe this?

Indeed, repeated movement can cause these types of symptoms.
I strongly recommend that you consult a physiotherapist: they are the best professionals to evaluate an injury, establish a treatment plan, and help prevent future injuries.
Most group insurances provide this type of service.
