My boy had a fever and now has pimples on his body?

My 11 month old son had a fever on Friday and Saturday at 39.1 controlled with tempra and Advil but it came back as soon as the meds wore off. Sunday and this morning it is 37.8. This morning when we went to the daycare, rashes and pimples appeared all over his back, his belly, his neck, his forehead and his head. His general condition is good despite the rashes. Super thanks a lot ☺️

Hello ma'am, If your child has no more fever, only monitor his general condition. Encourage him to drink plenty of fluids, apply a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno as often as needed during the day, there is no maximum number of applications per day. I also want to note that Tempra or Advil alone should be sufficient for fever, they should not be alternated unless medically advised and monitored.
