My boy has swollen glands in his neck?

Hello ! My 5 year old boy has two very visible nodes on his neck. They are painless, but I think they are big. He doesn't have any other symptoms yet. Should I see a doctor or wait a few days? I am attaching a photo. Maybe he's tired. Back to daycare this week after the vacations. Also, last Saturday he fell off an inflatable play set. His neck bent quite a bit but he had no pain. No apparent vaccinations or infections.

In the absence of other symptoms, monitoring is in order. If it persists for more than a month or worsens, I recommend consulting as a precaution.
