Good morning, ma'am,
How long has your child had secretions? Are the secretions green only in the morning or throughout the day?
What is his temperature?
Is your child able to eat and drink, even if less than usual?
What treatments have you tried so far?
Thank you for your help!

Hello! Secretions since yesterday morning, green throughout the day. We wipe the eyes with boiled water, give tylenol or motrin to reduce the fever and ste-Justine's method with saline water in the syringe several times a day. The temperature oscillated between 39.9 and 38.1. He is eating and drinking, but less than usual. His sleep is very agitated because he is disturbed by secretions that make him cough. Thank you for your answer!

Thanks for the feedback!
You seem to have taken care of the situation adequately, including Tylenol or Motrin for the fever (only one of the two, do not combine them), eye hygiene with clear water, and nasal hygiene which I encourage you to do as often as necessary during the day
It is common for appetite to be diminished during illness, but this is temporary. Encourage your child to drink a lot, even if it is in smaller quantities but more often. Encourage foods/liquids that your child likes during illness.
If the fever persists for 72 hours, or if he refuses to eat or drink, or if his general condition deteriorates, you should consult a doctor.
I wish him a speedy recovery and remain available if you have any further questions!

Hello ma'am, I would like to follow up on the condition of your little one, is he getting better?

Hello!
he hasn't had a fever since Friday morning and his secretions have decreased a lot. The doctor told us that it was probably a virus. Thank you so much for your help!
