What can I do to find out the cause of my recurring canker sores?

47-year-old womana year ago
Hello, I am a 46 year old woman in good health. I have ulcers (canker sores) in my mouth (6 to 10 at a time). I think it is related to my menstruation. I have been living with this problem for 10 years. I have been to the dentist and doctor and they tell me that they don't know what is causing it. Thanks in advance!

Good morning, ma'am,
The best way is to keep a diary in which you will write down what you consume as well as the quantities and your state of mind, activities and occurrence of menstruation. In the second column you can write down the occurrence and extent of ulcers. This may take several weeks, so you must be diligent.
I will remain available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
