preparation baby 1 month baby is getting off to a good start smooth plus and she is squirming in pain, crying intensely for an hour. She has been taking this since birth and everything was beautiful.

Hello Mrs,
If the formula used has been the same since birth, and the method of preparation has not changed, it is unlikely to be the issue here. Basically, the baby 'relearns' to digest between 4 and 6 weeks, which may seem like a lot of discomfort. As long as your baby is drinking, gaining weight, wetting and soiling his diaper, there is no need to worry
What I can suggest, if you haven't already done so, is to interrupt the feedings 2-3 times (or more if the feedings are long) in order to get the baby to burp. If you have changed the pacifier (for example, from 1 to 2), review this as well.
Hoping to have reassured you, do not hesitate if you have other questions
