Is there an antibiotic to bring for a 3 month old baby traveling to Mexico?

We want to know what medication to bring for our 3 1/2 month old baby in Mexico. He is not eating yet. We will have tylenol, reactin, pedialyte but do we need to have an antibiotic for prevention? A big thank you!
