Abdominal pain I have had abdominal pain for more than 24 hours with cramps and brownish bleeding Should I go see a doctor? About 1 month ago I had a pelvic infectiom Hello, thank you for the quick feedback I have not had any nausea or vomiting i only noticed a loss of appetite and fatigue
