Should I go to dermatology? If so, how do I go about it if I don't have a family doctor?

I have a blood pimple on my chin that won't go away. About a year ago I had a pimple on my chin that I picked up and it bled. Since then it hasn't gone away. I have tried to let it heal for several months with no success. I have tried to pierce it and there is only clear blood flowing profusely and it has been difficult to get it to stop flowing.

Hello ma'am, have you ever visited a family doctor or a walk-in?

Hello,
I don't have a family doctor and I haven't consulted one

Thank you for the information. Given the length of time this situation has been going on, I believe that you will have to see a doctor without an appointment or in a walk-in clinic. The Rendez-vous Santé Québec platform or Bonjour Santé (for a fee) in particular, can be tried to obtain an appointment.
I am sorry I cannot be more helpful at this time, the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
