Should I go for a consultation or is there something in the pharmacy that can help me?

For a few days I have had a dry and painful cough, a very dry throat and a loss of voice. Moreover, this also happened to me 2 months ago and it took 2 weeks to heal...

Hello!
You should see a doctor if you have difficulty breathing, chest or back pain or if the cough persists for more than 3 weeks.
Do you have a fever? How is your general condition? Certainly, if you have a high fever and are not feeling well, I would recommend that you see a doctor as well.
To relieve a cough, there are syrups available in pharmacies. You could choose one with DM, a cough suppressant. Be aware, however, that it may interact with some medications and would not be recommended if you have asthma. It would therefore be best to ask your pharmacist. Honey also has antitussive properties. If you are not diabetic, you can take it by spoonful or in a cup of hot water. Lozenges can help with a dry throat. Finally, for your voice, it is best to avoid talking.
Make sure you drink plenty of water and rest. All of these drugstore products will help relieve symptoms, but they won't help you heal any faster. Your body will do the work.
Have a nice evening!

No, I don't have a fever and my general condition is fine. I am only a little tired. I also have the beginning of a pain in my back... I drink a lot of water, but I'm asthmatic so syrups are definitely difficult. Would taking my pumps help me manage my cough which is really worse at night?

Yes, at this point I would advise you to take your pumps rather than a syrup!
