My baby has been on antibiotics for 3 days and still has a fever, what should I do?

Baby 10 months old, ear infections not cured from first antibiotic, 2nd started 3 days ago and still fever, cough, congestion, not eating, not drinking milk Should I go back to the clinic? What are the signs of pneumonia or bronchitis?

Hello ma'am, sorry to read about your troubles!

If your child has been on an antibiotic for 72 hours and still has a fever since starting it, unfortunately you will have to go back to the doctor to reassess his condition.
