What I can suggest, in the absence of other symptoms, is to encourage an easier diet for your digestive system:
I invite you for the next few days to favor light foods such as soups, broths, toast, eggs, rice, and to avoid very fatty or very sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
Be sure to stay hydrated, taking 1 sip of fluid every 3 to 5 minutes (do not drink too quickly as this can also trigger nausea).
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
