Hello Madam, do you have other symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, even a little? Have you tried anything for this problem?

no other symptoms and I'm trying syrup at the moment with no real result and use tylenol at night to get to sleep because otherwise I'm unable to

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
Since this appears mostly in the supine position, I would be inclined to suspect that it is the sinuses that are leaking from behind into the throat, like a leaky faucet. To this end, I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their flow back into the throat.
I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
If this does not work, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
