My baby's teeth are starting to come in. What can I do to ease the pain?

Good evening ma'am,
In my opinion, the best way to relieve the pain is by allowing him to handle teething toys, preferably ones that can be put in the refrigerator. You can also give him a wet washcloth with very very cold water so he can chew on it.
For "spikes" of pain, we can give him Tylenol™.
I don't recommend products like Orabase™ because they are not very effective and can "freeze" baby's throat and cause problems with feeding.
Happy evening,
