I have itching but no redness or pimples since I took Clindamycin, is this normal?

Yes, it can. About 1 in 15 patients complain of itching (pruritus) during or after taking the medication. This tends to last a few days and eventually goes away on its own in the vast majority of cases.

If it bothers you a lot, you could try Benadryl™ pills, but be aware that this leads to a lower level of alertness and drowsiness in a few people.
