Can I get clean needles from a pharmacy without a prescription?

I have been taking testosterone since December (I am a trans man) and I inject the testo subcutaneously in my thighs. I have a friend who uses insulin syringes to do his injections and the needle is much smaller than the ones I use.

When I say insulin syringe, I mean just the needle, not the insulin

Hello, thank you very much for your question, it is very pertinent and I want to reassure you that you are not the only person who has this kind of concern.
The answer is yes, your pharmacy can sell you the necessary supplies for safe injections, including a recycling bin for used materials. You can buy syringes and needles, together or separately. No one should give you any trouble for wanting to get clean, safe equipment.
I hope I've been helpful, I'll be available if anything comes up
