Hello, I have hemorrhoids and I have started an oral treatment (Vinexa). I also put some ointment on the painful area. I have more and more pain.

Hello madam, yes you can use suppositories for example those of the Anusol range, even if you are taking Venixxa.

Perfect, thank you,
this is the best product to help with the pain?
would you recommend another product?

I suggest Anusol Plus ointment that can be applied to the irritated area (inside and outside if needed) twice a day and after each bowel movement.
Avoid sitting on the toilet bowl for long periods of time, as this can make the situation worse. Get up as soon as you are done (don't read the newspaper or use your cell phone for example).
I would also recommend using unscented wet wipes, a wet washcloth or a bidet for hygiene instead of toilet paper at this time to give the mucous membranes a chance to heal.
If the situation does not seem to be improving after 2 weeks, or if it gets worse, you should consult a doctor.
I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,

Thanks for the advice,
and if it's an anal fissure, I guess I should go see a doctor?

It is impossible to know if it is a crack, so it is suggested to consult after 2 weeks if no improvement.
