My daughter has red patches on her cheeks and neck?

My daughter has red patches in the form of small red spots on her cheeks and neck. It seems to be a reaction to the sun. What would you suggest? It's been 2 1/2 days. I put hydrocortisone for her eczema this morning (she used to have it when she was younger) and sinom yesterday unscented moisturizer.
