I have a cough and red secretions?

I have been coughing for 2 weeks which is normal. However from time to time I have redder secretions. I wonder what I can do! It's often in the morning but as the day goes on I don't have any. I take ventolin and flovent twice a day. I take a decongestant. My 3 year old boy gave me his cold/flu two weeks ago. Finally I got answers with 811. Thank you very much for your service!

Good morning, ma'am, Are you taking medication for your condition? If so, which ones, and how often? Are you also taking other medications, and do you have other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, even a little, and/or sneezing?
